All of our treat boxes are thoughtfully packed in kraft brown boxes, cushioned with wood curls and plain tissue paper. We choose not to use coloured packaging as it's a more environmentally friendly option and helps keep costs down making your treat box more affordable.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it due to our fast shipping system.

Every treat box can include a personalised message card. Just pop your message in the gift message box and we'll handle the rest.

We dispatch all orders the same working day if you're order is placed by 1pm. 95% of orders arrive next day or within 2 working days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We currently offer next working day delivery through DHL. While this service is usually very reliable it's not guaranteed, as occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery to the Highlands and Islands may have some restrictions, please contact us if you have any further queries.

Some products are made in facilities that handle nuts, so we cannot guarantee boxes are completely nut free. Please check the ingredients tab on the specific treat box you are considering purchasing.
