When will my order arrive?
We offer next working day delivery on all orders placed before our cut-off time.
- Order cut-off time: 14:00 (GMT)
- Dispatch days: Monday to Friday
- Delivery days: Monday to Friday
- Estimated delivery time: 1 working day
Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday
Delivery Service
All order are shipped with DHL using a next working day service. This is usually very reliable, but isn't guaranteed and delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.
Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands may take longer or have restrictions. If you're unsure, please get in touch and we'll be happy to advise.
Order Updates & Tracking
You'll received an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
Once dispatched, we'll send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.
Collection (Nottingham Warehouse)
You're welcome to collect your order instead of having it delivered.
